Commercial terms awaiting approval
Approve contracting entity, order acceptance, pricing/VAT policy, payment, proof responsibilities, production tolerances, delivery, complaints and applicable terms for business and consumer customers before launch.
Payment clarity
Checkout shows subtotal, VAT, delivery and total in GBP. The server recalculates prices before payment. Demonstration prices are development fixtures, not approved commercial offers.
Scheduled physical-goods orders
Every scheduled cycle creates a new independent order using current prices. No permanent fixed-price agreement or repeat discount is implied. Customers can manage future schedules; payment recovery processes only the outstanding cycle rather than charging a backlog.
